Baja Sharkeez Newport Beach Fashion Industry Night
Newport Beach, CA – August 13, 2010 – Baja Sharkeez today announced:
Baja Sharkeez Newport Beach will be bringing back their monthly fashion shows, under the former moniker FMM (Fashion Mogul Monday, created by Sharkeez Marketing Director Jeff Ganz). With a new twist and layout, Sharkeez now presents Fashion Industry Night (FiN). Since the beginning of the year Sharkeez Hermosa Beach has been hosting a similar show featuring local designers, artists, and stylists. Music, fashion, and art are the main focus for the evening.
FiN is a networking event with exclusive food and drink features for all those actively involved in the fashion industry. Hosted by comedian Damien Hammel-Davis, Sharkeez will be featuring a live art exhibit from Descartes on the patio, while Barcardi gears up with a lineup of models and artistic translation of flavors, including the new Bacardi flavor Torched Cherry. Lady Art, The Living Room Salon and Art Gallery, and Kona Tanning Company are the local beauty specialists on board to ensure the high fashion look of the models as they hit the catwalk.
Sharkeez has always been active in each restaurant’s local community, and FiN is no exception. In conjunction with the fashion show, Sharkeez Newport Beach is holding a clothing drive. The night of the event, patrons are encouraged to bring clothes that will later be donated to the Orange County Rescue Mission.
