Kona Katie has signed on as body makeup artist for the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and before the show, will be seeing models for their very own supermodel "Kona Tans."  With filming on November 7th, and the air date all the way on December 4th, you'll definitely want to keep an eye on our Facebook, Twitter, and Blog

Kona Tans Appear in 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show - Featuring Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lily Aldridge, and the rest of the Angels!

After years of hard work, Kona Tanning Company has finally made their fashion show dream come true!  Kona Katie and Kenny just returned from New York City, where Katie worked the body makeup and hi-lighting tent at the Academy Awards of Fashion Shows, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show!  Kona Kenny loaned out his muscles,  lugging products and makeup kits between the hotel and the show's venue, the Lexington Armory - even though that meant getting a fine layer of glitter overspray all over his clothes and hair in the process...sorry, Kenny, but we think most guys would have gladly traded places with you!  Backstage, Katie also applied final touches of hi-lighter and glitter using the Victoria's Secret Sexy Little Things Body Spray - our new favorite product EVER!!  All in all, the show was just as glamorous and beautiful as we would have imagined.  Can't wait to do it again!

If you ever have the chance to participate in one of the J-Gurlz Gospel Brunch events, hosted by celebrity makeup artist Joanna Schlip, don't pass on the chance!  The J-Gurlz Foundation benefits young women and girls, keeping them off the streets and involved in their communities.  It's a wonderful cause, and the events are a blast!

Guests were entertained by the greatest of gospel groups, the House of Blue Gospel Group, as well as singer Alissa Moreno, who sang her mega-hit from Army Wives, "Far From Here."  VIP gift bags were stocked with makeup essentials by Physician's Formula, and bronzing Kona Tanning Products.  All in all, it was an affair to remember!!
